SPEAK TO YOUR BUILDER

If you intend to raise a concern or complaint with your builder, request a meeting and let them know what it is about in advance.

You don't get points or benefits from an ambush.

Always speak politely, in a clear and well prepared manner.

Explain what it is exactly that concerns you and what you expect.

If it's more than a casual or trivial conversation, then ALWAYS have and provide your communication in writing - even if you are 'talking about it'.

Misunderstandings can always occur.

Seek to eliminate these from every encounter.
