LISTEN TO YOUR BUILDER

You've raised your concern with them, now they might want a little time to consider or investigate their response.

This doesn't always mean that they're stalling.

It might just mean an accurate or meaningful response requires checking something out or figuring out a solution.

When your response is forthcoming; listen to / read it, attentively and in full, without interruption.

If you don't understand something, ask for clarification.

Listening is not the same as just waiting until they've finished.
